Why do you have so little clients & followers on instagram?Wag & Pups was established in 2023. We are an uprising pet service business in New York City who pride ourselves in being able to have long-standing clients and work on providing a top-tier service instead of accepting every client. We are not affiliated with any other businesses.

What services do you offer?Wag & Pups offers solo dog walking, solo boarding, sitting, and drop-ins. We service dogs and cats located in New York City!

What animals do you service?Dogs & Cats of all ages and breeds. We do not take on any aggressive cats/dogs.

Do you only offer solo walks?Do you only offer solo walks? Yes, we specialize in solo walks. Perfect for dogs who are a little anxious around other dogs, reactive, shy towards people or other dogs, like to be alone on walks, and etc! Walks are only 30 min or 1 hour depending on what your dog needs, but can be extended on request.

Do you have any social media?Our instagram is @wagandpups. Our website has it linked at the top of the page. We also have a new instagram for our WP Crew @wpupscrew! That instagram is for our employees to post stories of the clients assigned to them!

What staff do you currently have?If I am not available, Wag & Pups does have one walker/backup. Her name is Yvonne and she is an attentive, loving, and amazing dog walker! She will be taking on some of our new WP clients since most of the time, I am booked. She will also fill in for me in case of any emergencies or if I am away on vacation or busy. She is insured, background checked, and has so much love for animals!

Do you allow refunds and late cancellations?Wag & Pups do not offer refunds. Once invoice has been paid, refunds will not be issued. Depending on circumstance and reasoning, credit can be issued for certain situations. Late cancellations will not be refunded.

What days and times are you available?I work mainly Mondays-Fridays but upon request, I am available on Saturday and Sundays as well. I can work anywhere from 9am-10pm for walks and drop-ins. Of course, boarding and sitting do not apply to those times!

Do you have experience with big dogs, leash pulling, reactivity, and senior dogs?I do have experience with all of these. I can administer medication and take care of anything a pet may need. I will only accept mild-medium reactive dogs that are trained and do not need a muzzle.

What boroughs do you service?Wag & Pups service mainly Manhattan (any neighborhood), Brooklyn, and Queens.

Any referrals?Wag & Pups will NOT be giving out any referrals. We respect and value our commitment to client privacy and will not be giving out any client numbers. We have reviews up on our website and update our Instagram which showcases our daily clients.

Do you work with any high-end/celebrity clients?Yes, we are willing to take on any high-end/celebrity clients. We are working with one right now. Please send us a message if you're interested and wanted to inquire.

Are you bonded/insured?Wag & Pups is insured by PCI, but not bonded. Insurance card can be shown to you upon request.

What sort of communication do you maintain?We provide consistent communication such as texts, photos and video updates of our clients during service. We also offer gps live-tracking upon request for peace of mind.

Do you offer meet & greets or trial walks?Wag & Pups does not offer trial walks, however, we do offer a free 30 minute meet and greet to ensure me and your pup get along, and to get to know each other better!

What is Wag & Pups' policy for booking dates and recurring walks?At Wag & Pups, we have a courtesy policy of requiring at least 2 weeks notice for any booking dates, such as sitting/boarding dates and recurring walks. As a busy dog walking and pet sitting service, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests due to our high demand. By providing us with advance notice, you can help ensure that we are able to schedule your pet's care while also meeting the needs of our other clients. Thank you for understanding and complying with our policy to help us provide the best possible service to all of our furry clients.
